question about a cell phone that got wet ?
i have a razor with verison .
it somehow got wet and im planning on going to get a new phone this weekend .
is it possible for the phone store to transfer all my information (pictures/contacts) over to the new phone ?
i dont have a memory card .
i know they can normally do that for a fee .
but can theey still do it even though it got wet ?
please help .
Depends how damaged the phone is. I would recommend taking all the parts of the phone apart and putting them in a ziplock bag, and then fill the bag with uncooked rice. Then close it and don't touch it until the weekend- that will absorb as much water as possible so you have the best chance of getting information off the phone. Your contacts can be backed up with an app; it would be $20 to transfer pictures without a memory card, but they're $20 anyways, so I would recommend just getting one..
