if i buy an x-box 360 core system will i be able to do any saves without a memory card?
No i suggest if you want to buy a system go with one that includes a HDD like the Pro version. Both versions-Arcade(core) and the Pro systems are the same price $199.99 and you would get a whole lot more out of your money if you got the Pro- it includes the component AV cables, one headset, one ethernet cable, 20gb HDD, and one wireless controller. With the core system i think they just give you 2 games (not sure if they discontinued doing this) and the tv/power hook ups. No memory card or hard drive.
