Which do you find is more accurate, a glass digital scale, or a plastic one?
I have both a plastic digital scale and a glass one, and my weight varies by almost 3 pounds. The plastic scale being the one to say I way more. I'm not sure which one to believe.
To be honest, both scales are likely not reliable. It's because they use either springs or pressure sensors, which wear down over time. Therefore, sometimes the pounds being indicated are not accurate.
The best scales are the ones with the metal weight balances. (You've probably seen them at the gym). It's the one where you slide the meters from left to right. Very accurate. This is what they look like.
