Pc133 Memory Card
I want to upgrade my computer system for better performance have £300 to spend on an upgrade.?

My computer has the following:
Motherboard:
Asus P5B Pentium 4 Celeron/Pentium D/PentiumEE/65nm dual-core/Core2Duo?Core2EE (113965).
Processor:
Memory:
128Mb DDRAM (PC133)
Screen:
Studioworks 775N 17"
Graphics Card:
Geforce 2 MX

It would be much appreciated if you could help me.

You listed several different processesors there....

If you have the Celeron or Pentium 4, if may not be worth upgrading. Core Duo or Core 2 Duo is the way to go these days...they're a huge step up from the older single core models.

And looking at the rest of the stats, you may have a computer about five years or older? I'd save your money towards a new one. eMachines is making a lot of inexpensive computers, and they're owned by Gateway. I'd buy a HP personally, but if you're on a budget, you may not have choices.
