Game won't save on ps2 memory card?
Okay, so I was playing a game on my Playstation 2 with no memory card in it. So, I went to the store to get a new Memory Card. I inserted it into Slot 1 and when I went to save, but it said that both slots were empty. Should I get a new one, or did I do something wrong?
Hello, I am not sure how much you have used your ps2 memory card, but after a lot of use, the ps2 memory card can become corrupted, and when that happens it is a goner. the ps2 will then recognize the memory card as an "unknown device" and that is where it says there is no card in slot 1. You can also try cleaning the slot of the memory card carefully with a Q-Tip, and that might help the ps2 read the memory card easier. Hope that helps!
