LifeBook T2020 has all the good features of its antecedents and has a screen with 1280 x 800 pixel resolution. The screen has a bright display with wide range of color. The images, text and graphic applications are very sharp. The color saturation, intensity, contrast of the display is outstanding. The special feature of this model is the recognition of the scribbled words through its transcription application.
The full keyboard can be used by rotating the screen and working in the slate mode. The small keyboard is plain and flat. In the tablet mode, most of the shortcut keys are available at the side of the screen. The shortcuts include all the navigation and control keys such as Page up/down, a function key, screen rotation key and there is a combo button consisting Ctrl, Alt and Del buttons. All these are placed at the side of the screen. It has two USB ports, one is placed at the right side of the keyboard and other one is at the back of the system.

Additionally, the device is equipped with RJ-45 and RJ-11 Ethernet Card and Bluetooth 2.0. With 6 cell Lithium battery, T2020 weighs 3.6 pounds.
In a normal condition, the 6 cell lithium battery will last for 5.5 hours. By replacing the 6 cell battery with a 9 cell battery, the tablet can last for 8 hours without charging. Those who want greater battery life can go for this tablet. It will boot up very quickly and works efficiently. However, this is not a device for multimedia applications. Connecting external storage or any other USB peripheral devices is not always possible, as it has only 2 USB ports.
Fujitsu Lifebook T2020 mini tablet pc is not suited for playing games. Moreover, the device contains a single speaker that is placed on the front of the keyboard and doesn't sound good. Much better device like HP TC1000 tablet are already available in the market.
