My memory card wont work with my camera but do with computer?
First of all, i got Olympus E500.
second, i got Sandisk Compactflash Extreme IV.
so, the problem is that with my card reader which is connects to the computer i can read the card and write to it as well.
but, with my camera i can't read it and when i try to do the only action i can with the camra which is to format the card it dont let me and give me the messege:"CARD ERROR".
one more thing, my camera usually reads that kind of cards so its problem with slot.

You did not mention how large the card is--is it 8 G, or 16 G, etc.
Were you able to FORMAT it with the computer? Do you format it in FAT32 or NTFS? (A larger card (> 2 G) can't be formatted in plain FAT or FAT16.)
Your camera may not be able to access a very large card. Mine was not able to address anything beyond 8 G (with a 16 G card) until I updated the firmware.
